Terms of use
Effective 26 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Alacrity, the independent developer of Liora. By creating an account or using Liora, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Liora. Questions: ialacritydev@gmail.com.
What Liora is
Liora helps you record agreements with your clients, share versions of your work through review links, collect revision notes, and get additions and final delivery confirmed. Your clients use review links without an account; by answering on a link, they use Liora under these terms too.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your work stays yours
You own what you put into Liora: your projects, notes, files and previews. You give Alacrity only the permission needed to store them, back them up and show them to the people you share review links with. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.
Your responsibilities
- Share only work and information you have the right to share, and only with people it's meant for. Anyone with a review link can open it.
- You are responsible for the information you add about your clients and for having a reason to share it with them.
- Don't use Liora to break the law, to share content that infringes someone else's rights, or to send malware, spam or abusive material.
- Don't try to access other people's data, overload the service, or get around its security.
Agreements are between you and your client
Liora records what you and your client agree: scope, prices, dates, revision rounds, additions, approvals and delivery. It is a record to help you work, not a contract drafted by Liora, and Alacrity is not a party to your agreements. Liora doesn't process payments, doesn't give legal or financial advice, and doesn't resolve disputes between you and your clients.
The service
Liora is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we recommend keeping your own copies of important files; Liora keeps web-sized previews, not your originals. Features may change. If we ever end the service, we will tell you at least 30 days before and give you a way to export your projects.
Price
Liora is free to use today. If paid plans are introduced, they will be explained before you are ever charged, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you the chance to export your data first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Alacrity isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data, arising from your use of Liora, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Liora in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. If you keep using Liora after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Privacy
How Liora handles personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
